Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                                                                   
BILL NO. 129(L&C) "An Act relating to municipal building code                                                                   
requirements for fire sprinkler systems in certain residential buildings"                                                       
and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at this
